During the construction of CBS Elba's new concrete batching plant, special attention was paid to competitive transportation costs, which was achieved with pre-installed modules.

LINEAR CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT WITH LOADING CONVEYOR
Customers appreciate the higher hourly output of a concrete batching plant with a loading conveyor, achieved by its design. The space required can vary depending on local conditions, which can positively affect the overall design. Difficult conditions can be realized this way.

With the pre-tank installed on top of the mixer in the concrete batching plant with conveyor belt, it is possible to produce standard concrete from 114 m³/h to 161 m³/h.

WIDE RANGE OF MIXERS
Depending on the size of the machine, single-shaft or twin-shaft mixers of the CEM S Elba or CEM T Elba type can be flexibly installed, with volumes ranging from 2.0 m³ to 3.5 m³ of concrete formed per batch. The already spacious maintenance access can be optionally expanded to include a wide range of different maintenance and inspection options. A pre-installed weighing module with cement and water scales and an initial aggregate hopper can be supplemented with additional scales if needed.

Aggregates, dispensed in an in-line container, are metered by conveyor belt into a pre-tank located above the mixer and emptied through a separate closure directly into the mixer.

Installation of the CBS B Elba concrete batching plant in the basic version is done on a concrete foundation. Optionally, all CBS B Elba concrete batching plants can also be installed semi-mobile, without foundations.
