During the construction of CBS Elba's new concrete batching plant, special attention was paid to competitive transportation costs, which was achieved with pre-installed modules.

HIGH CAPACITY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT WITH LOADING CONVEYOR
Large construction sites need high performance concrete with reliable, durable and consistent quality. For our high-capacity systems, the CBS 180 TB Elba and CBS 200 TB Elba models are available. Standard concrete production rates of 177 m³/h to 190 m³/h are possible.

LARGE VOLUME MIXERS
These concrete batching plants use a twin-shaft CEM T Elba mixer with a volume of 4.0 m³ on the CBS 180 TB Elba and 4.5 m³ on the CBS 200 TB Elba.
Spacious access facilitates maintenance and inspection work. A pre-installed weighing module with cement and water scales and an initial aggregate hopper can be supplemented with additional scales as needed.

Aggregates, dispensed in an in-line container, are metered by conveyor belt into a pre-tank located above the mixer and emptied through a separate closure directly into the mixer.

Installation of the CBS B Elba concrete batching plant in the basic version is done on a concrete foundation. Optionally, all CBS B Elba concrete batching plants can also be installed semi-mobile, without foundations.
