In the construction of CBS Elba's new concrete batching plant, great emphasis was placed on competitive transportation costs, which was achieved with pre-installed modules.

LINEAR CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT WITH SKIP ELEVATOR
As a linear concrete batching plant with skip elevator (L version), the CBS Elba small footprint concrete batching plant offers a spacious solution for ready-mix concrete production.

Offering standard concrete production capacities from 105 m³/h to 140 m³/h, the CBS L Elba concrete batching plant provides a wide range of capacities.

WIDE RANGE OF MIXERS
Single-shaft or twin-shaft mixers of type CEM S Elba or CEM T Elba can be installed, with volumes ranging from 2.0 m³ to 3.33 m³ of concrete formed per batch. A wide range of different maintenance and inspection options provides flexibility throughout the plant. A pre-installed weighing module is used to receive the weights of cement and water and can be retrofitted with additional scales if needed.

Aggregates, dosed in a separate in-line container, are transported to the mixer via a pre-installed skip track.

Installation of the CBS L Elba concrete batching plant in the basic version takes place on a concrete foundation. Optionally, all CBS L Elba concrete batching plants can also be installed semi-mobile, without foundations.
