The CBT Elba Ammann concrete batching plant is a linear and transport-optimized concrete batching plant.

Fast installation time and trouble-free relocation - as well as favorable transport dimensions - were the engineering goals for the new plant concept. The result is the new CBT concrete batching plant, which can be installed very quickly thanks to its folding mechanisms and compact design.

The CBT 60 SL Elba model requires just two containers for relocation and is designed to meet favorable transport dimensions when traveling.

The compact concrete batching plant is equipped with a single-shaft CEM 1000 S Elba mixer and an integrated in-line storage container for 2 to 4 types of aggregates. Cement, water and aggregate scales and all other electrical and pneumatic components are pre-installed and ready for operation.

An integrated control cabin houses the control cabinet and offers additional space for the control system. With a theoretical hourly capacity of 60 m³/h, Elba's new CBT 60 SL is an ideal plant for a wide range of applications.

Installation of the concrete batching plant does not require a foundation. All that is required is a surface with compacted soil with a bearing capacity of 250 kN/m². Optional solutions for installing a cement silo are available.

QUICK AND INEXPENSIVE INSTALLATION
All components (mixer platform, in-line bins) are fully pre-assembled and interconnected for quick installation. Assembly only requires the concrete mixer to be disassembled and set up, significantly reducing connection and installation costs.

MINIMIZE SITE PREPARATION COSTS
The Ammann CBT Elba concrete plant does not require foundations, which minimizes site preparation costs. Soil compaction with a bearing capacity of 250 kN/m² is sufficient.

EFFICIENCY
Aggregates are metered and weighed on a conveyor belt, which reduces cycle time and allows higher productivity.
